We believe that public service workers deserve to be given highest priority when searching for a safe, energy-efficient home, to buy or rent, in a place that they want to live. To support our mission, our shared ownership properties are offered exclusively for sale to public service workers for the first month of marketing.
Shared ownership allows people to purchase a portion of a property, typically between 25-75% or the property's value, and pay rent on the remaining portion. It's a great way to get on the property ladder if you can't afford to buy a home outright. There is also flexibility to increase your share over time, giving you the opportunity to eventually own the property outright.
