Auxesia completes on 3 new schemes

A fantastic week for the team here at Auxesia Homes, completing on 10 units across 3 schemes including:

🏡 Bolton Gardens a development by Skipton Properties. These beautifully designed and built homes use materials to match the existing local houses. Development schemes in rural locations like this are essential to provide affordable housing for local people.

🏡 Shavington Park by Persimmon Homes. Great to see bungalows being offered as affordable housing, this house type is underrepresented in the current market and serves an import function in the housing sector.

🏡 Pottery Gardens by Persimmon Homes. Over the last six months we have purchased 20 units on the Pottery Gardens development in Cheadle, with a mixture of affordable rents and shared ownership units,  delivering a vital option for people in the local area to find good quality housing.

We are on the lookout for new properties to add to our ever-growing portfolio, supporting those who serve our country and communities.
