Auxesia Homes believes passionately in providing high-quality housing to individuals and families who have served, or continue to serve, our country. We are proud to prioritise support to members of the British Armed Forces, NHS, and Emergency Services. Whilst we are still early in our journey as a housing provider, our success has allowed us to extend our offering to the wider communities that we serve, whist keeping Service Personnel at the heart of our business.
We have a for-profit operating model that has seen us develop strong relationships with local government and property developers. Our core business is to provide new build homes for sale, rent, and rent-to-buy. We are a values-driven organisation, led by inspiring individuals who ensure we live the Armed Forces Covenant through the services we provide. We are seeking two experienced individuals who will complement our Board with a collaborative leadership style gained from working at Board-level for other social housing organisations and will champion good governance across our organisation.

Our Board meetings happen monthly, and we have one or two Board away days annually. Meetings are in person (Knutsford and London) and on MS Teams . We welcome applicants from across the UK.
