Auxesia takes handover of homes

With a strong pipeline of properties under construction, Auxesia Homes is delighted to have taken handover of the next phase of properties at Cotton Woods, Ingol, in collaboration with Bellway Homes. Having now purchased 26 of our total 30 homes, all properties acquired to date have been either let or sold on a shared ownership basis.

In addition, we have recently taken handover of our 21st and 22nd property at Shavington Park, Crewe by Persimmon Homes, with a further 24 homes still under construction.

Our second collaboration with Mandale Homes at Hebble Brook View, Halifax is also nearing completion, as is the first handover of our homes at Longholme Park, Retford.

We look forward to supporting our tenants and leaseholders as they take possession of their brand new homes.
