Philip Fell joins Auxesia Homes

Auxesia Homes has strengthened its acquisitions team with the hire of Acquisitions Manager, Philip Fell.
Phil, who joins from commercial real estate giant, Cushman & Wakefield, is a MRICS chartered surveyor with years of experience managing acquisitions and disposals having also previously represented NHS Property Services Ltd in London and the South East of England.
In his new role, Phil will look to expand Auxesia's acquisitions programme to provide 250 new build affordable homes each year for shared ownership, rental and rent to buy. An integral part of Auxesia Homes growth, Phil will drive the company's acquisitions strategy for Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria and the North Midlands.
