Governance & Financial Viability Standard

In August of this year, the Regulator of Social Housing included Auxesia Homes on its website as a company under review. The regulator has now concluded that Auxesia Homes is non-compliant with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.

The Auxesia board has acknowledged the regulator’s concerns and has put forward a plan of proposed improvements which seek to strengthen the governance arrangements in place, and to develop enhanced financial monitoring and reporting. The regulator has welcomed the board’s commitment to addressing these issues.

In the meantime, Auxesia Homes will continue to work to ensure the provision of high-quality, affordable homes across the north of England.
