Contracts exchanged with Skipton Properties

Last week saw Auxesia Homes exchange contracts on the first 5 of properties at the highly sought after development, Bolton Gardens in Silsden.

Our collection of properties are a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom homes built with beautiful, natural stone, a high specification and cleverly designed floor plans, perfect for family living, entertaining and home working.

With some buyers keeping a watchful eye on the site for years there was no surprise we received such high demand when we released these plots!

The team at Auxesia are looking forward to taking handover on the additional plots and continuing the relationship with Skipton Properties.
