For many of us, 2021 has been another challenging, yet transformative year. Looking back, we recognise the exponential growth of Auxesia Homes and celebrate our successes throughout, which include; securing new financial backing from private capital provider Matter Real Estate; partnering with Touchstone - Residential Property Management to manage our entire mixed tenure portfolio, exchanging contracts on over 200 affordable housing units with 16 new house builder clients; and sale of more than 50 shared ownership properties to individuals and families across the North West of England.
We also reflect on the important lessons learnt surrounding health, resilience and community, and congratulate our partners for their proven ability to think proactively, adapt and evolve.
We say thanks to our clients, stakeholders and colleagues for their continued support and commitment to providing high quality affordable housing, and look forward to further collaboration next year as we continue to scale our business to better help those who have served, or continue to serve, our country.
No matter how you spend the festivities, we hope that you take the time to reflect positively and relax.
