As a growing operational residential business, Auxesia is in good company with Matter's other UK investments, including Placefirst, a vertically integrated developer and operator of high quality BTR homes, focused on the suburban and family markets, and St. Arthur Homes, another expanding Registered Provider of affordable homes based in south of England.
With Matter Real Estate's investment, we will significantly scale up our portfolio of shared ownership and affordable rental homes across north of England, whilst continuing to prioritise former and serving British military, NHS and emergency service personnel.
Now with the increased capacity to quickly grow our pipeline, we look forward to providing a greater number of new homes for those who have served or continue to serve our country.
